Enumeration of possible receipt modes.

Available Values:

N - No Receipt

Indicates that terminal gives no receipts.
E - Email

Indicates that receipt will be send to the specified email address.
T - Terminal
Added On:  12/16/15
Status:  Active
Indicates that receipt will be printed through the terminal.
P - POS

Status:  Active
Indicates that receipt will be printed through the POS-device.
G - Gateway
Added On:  12/16/15
Status:  Active
Indicates that receipt will be sent to the gateway.
