Available Values:

L - Logon Limit Reached

Status:  Active
The account was deactivated due to too many unsuccessful login attempts.
T - Service Terminated
Added On:  06/16/14
Status:  Active
Account was terminated because the service for the merchant that the user was associated with was terminated.
