Enumeration of possible types of payment plans.

Available Values:

F - Fixed

Indicates a certain payment amount is agreed upon, and the number of payments is limited (fixed) by the agreement/contract. For example, $10 per month for 12 months.
P - Perpetual

Status:  Active
Indicates a certain payment amount is agreed upon to be paid until the agreement is canceled.
C - Complimentary
