Email Notifications Guide v1.1

The purpose of this guide is to familiarize merchants with email notifications received after their requests for user interface or API access.Intended Audience
This guide will be useful for merchants that register new human or service users and are not sure how to deal with information received in the system e-mails. To learn how to register a new user, review Creating a new user tutorial.New Human User
If you have requested access to the user interface, you will receive two e-mails:E-mail’s subject line: Account Setup (100) – MyntPay – Your User Name – System Merchant
First e-mail contains information about your account and provided access: access URL that should be used to enter the gateway, the name of your account and user name used to log in.

New Service User
If you have requested API access, you will receive two e-mails:E-mail’s subject line: Account Setup (200) – MyntPay – Your User Name – System Merchant
First e-mail contains details of all APIs available to you as well as default merchant and access details: merchant/account and terminal codes, your user name, connectivity information for all available APIs and links to the documentation for reference.
